Yoga For Emotional Support

Parents can opt to participate in adult yoga emotional support groups as a low-cost, fun and educational way to relieve stress and learn new coping skills. These groups are co-facilitated by both a trained therapist and a trained yoga instructor and are provided at a nearby yoga studio. Each workshop is specifically designed to provide stress relief and emotional and psycho-educational support by incorporating a beginner’s gentle yoga practice with a psychological topic of interest and group processing component. These workshops are for personal enrichment purposes only and are not a substitute for professional counseling or therapy. No yoga experience is required.

Please advise : This is an adults only group-no children are permitted on site and no childcare is provided.
